Open the registry and edit the ff:
1. [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\International\sTimeFormat
2. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProductId
Close the registry and reboot the machine.
